It’s a great solution to free your time, yet outsourcing can be trial and error. First, outsourcing means a lot of different things, because there are so many ways to do it. You guess, then hire the wrong person, or even more commonly, fail to correctly manage your outsourcing process. We know. We were on the failing side of outsourcing, more than once, and it cost us thousands. The solution for us was a number of techniques built into our process. Thank goodness they worked and now you can ditch the trial and error!
This class teaches recruiters the various ways to outsource and how to do it effectively, avoiding the common pitfalls along the way. We’ll share years of insider knowledge and provide a comprehensive understanding of what it is, where to go to outsource, how much is needed, and most importantly, strong processes to do it the right way. Think of all the administrative tasks keeping you from running your desk. (We call them $10 an hour activities.) You’ll no longer have to fear letting someone else do the work.
