When are Group Sessions?
Sessions are on Tuesdays at 11 am Central. They run for 90 – 120 minutes and often include a significant training concept in addition to Group questions.
Can I access recordings?
You can, for a month. We keep the last four sessions inside your Group Coaching Academy for those of you who can’t make the live session, or if you’d like to go back for recall. Each session has a workbook/slidedeck that is yours to keep in perpetuity.
Can I pay for one and sneak the rest of my team around the screen?
It’s kind of like paying to see the movie and then letting the rest of your friends in through the emergency exit like some sort of obnoxious, thieving teenager. No, don't do that. In all seriousness, could you put everyone around a screen for the training and then have one person manage it? You could, but only the person registered will be able to ask questions, participate in the group, and enjoy the discount on future training.
I'd like to pay to register more than one person, how do I do that?
You have a couple of options. You can pass your credit card around and have each person register themselves, or you can call Tricia at 630.240.4454 and she can help get your team signed up.
Does this program include all your other training?
It doesn’t. We do cover some of the training elements in our other programs throughout the year, but we spend no time in group coaching on sourcing.
Is there a long term commitment?
There isn’t. We aren’t big believers in locking you into a program if you don’t want to participate. If you sign up, then find the value not there, we’d encourage you to cancel. There’s no notice period for cancellation, you simply need to let us know before your payment processes the next time, and we’ll remove you from the program with zero friction.
